- Tracking: A tracking link is sent via email once the order ships, and shipment events such as In‑Transit or Out for Delivery reflect carrier scans.
- Delivery attempts: Carriers generally attempt delivery and may contact the consignee; undelivered parcels may be held at a local hub or returned per carrier policy.

Returns and refunds (products)

- Non‑returnable: Personalized or customized items, perishable/consumable edibles, opened hygiene items, and used artisanal goods are not eligible except for verified defects or transit damage.
- Defects and transit damage: Report with clear photos/videos and the order ID within 48 hours of delivery for verification and resolution via free replacement or refund.
- Return method and costs: Approved returns are arranged for pickup or guided for drop‑off; reverse shipping is covered for verified defect/damage cases.
- Refund timing: Upon receipt and approval at the warehouse, refunds are initiated to the original payment method, with processors typically crediting within 5–10 business days depending on payment rails.

- Product orders: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and post‑dispatch cancellations are handled as returns after delivery under the policy above.=
- Retreat bookings: Consumer cancellations are fully refundable within 48 hours of booking if the event is 14 or more days away, 50% charge if cancelled 7–13 days prior, and 100% charge within 6 days due to committed venue and artist costs.
- Organizer‑initiated changes: If a retreat is rescheduled, attendees may opt for a full refund to original mode or a complimentary transfer to a future edition.
- Refund initiation and credit: Once initiated, refunds to the original payment instrument typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on gateways and issuing banks.
